Please be sure you obtain a copy of the applicable Offering Memorandum. Interested investors should apply to the Company at the address of the Administrator using the Subscription Agreement found in Appendix II to the Offering Memorandum. This Subscription Agreement should be faxed to the Administrator on or before the second last business day of each month at +353 1 672 5361 and subscription funds must be credited to the Company’s account no later than the second last business day of the month. Your original subscription agreement and all Anti-Money Laundering Documents as prescribed in the Offering Memorandum must be sent by post to the administrator at:
